Enter our comfortable beach house by the front door, or the French Doors opening to the patio. The patio has a gas barbeque for outdoor grilling and patio set for entertaining. Walking through the entry is the first floor bedroom. Furnished queen size bed, TV/VCR, and full bathroom.
Walk up the staircase to the second floor of this tri-level beach home. The second floor has a bright living room area furnished with cable TV with, DVD/VCR player and a Stereo/ CD Player. Oversized couch and chair and two comfortable mushroom chairs for viewing the TV or conversing. Turn on your gas fireplace to warm up on a brisk evening. This open flowing floor plan leads you to the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops bar and barstool seating. We have furnished the kitchen to make any chef feel comfortable cooking any meal, or enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the bay.
Located down the hall of the second level, is the second bedroom furnished with a full and twin size bed. A full bathroom is located next to the bedroom.
Walk up a short flight of stairs under the extra large skylight leading to the Master Bedroom. This room has two more skylights over the bath and shower, his and hers walk-in closets, fireplace, TV and bay view from your queen size bed. Across from the Master Suite is the third floor balcony with an outstanding view of the bay.
Come and enjoy our comfortable North Mission Beach House. Centrally located in the City of San Diego. 5 minutes to Sea World, 10 minutes to La Jolla, 15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, 10 minutes to Downtown SD, 20 minutes to Mexico.
This house is non-smoking and allows no pets.
